In accordance with Farquharson, data breaches are quickly becoming common for organizations of any size. However, he noticed that password management tools may help a company safeguard its sensitive data. Farquharson also said email encryption technologies may help a company safeguard employee emails against malware, viruses along with other cyber threats: "Everybody in this network has already been being protected by some form of central authority. We all know that when we send an email to an individual else inside the community of trust, we can trust them if you'd prefer. And that is whats meant by transparent email encryption."
Farquharson noticed that transparent encryption is essential, specifically organizations who have implemented bring-your-own-device policies. With transparent encryption, he stated organizations can secure employee emails without impacting employee productivity: "With transparent encryption, the person with the opposite end receives the e-mail that's already in the red box and are able to read nice and easily. And also the only thing thats handing out it's encrypted during transit across the proper Internet may be the blue banner or something similar dependant on the banner that you choose that claims this e-mail was encrypted whilst in transit.
